Kate Middleton dazzles in red for reception on Canadian Royal Tour (Photos)

The Duchess of Cambridge dazzled in a scarlet cocktail dress last night in her most glamorous royal tour outfit so far.

Kate, 34, wore a red dress by London fashion label Preen for a reception at British Columbia's Government House in Victoria.
For the second time since touching down in Canada on Saturday night she wore The Queen's diamond Maple Leaf Brooch, paying tribute to her host nation's symbol through her jewellery.
