Sam Allardyce was sacked after comments he made
Sam Allardyce has left his job as England football manager by mutual consent after only one match in charge.

This after the Telegraph newspaper published an investigation which claims the former England manager offered advice on how to bypass player transfer rules. The 61-year old was also alleged to have negotiated a deal to represent an Asian firm for £400,000.

His only match in charge of the Three Lions was a slim 1-0 away at Slovakia at the start of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.
