With Jose Mourinho set to be appointed as manager by Manchester United on Friday, the rumours linking Zlatan Ibrahimovic look set to continue unabated.
On Thursday, Zlatan Ibrahimovic gave an extraordinary press conference at the Sweden national team camp. The super Swede confirmed offers from the Premier League but would not comment on Manchester United specifically.
Tottenham come in for Zlatan
Reliable Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, of Sky Sport Italia, has claimed that Manchester United’s Premier League rivals Tottenham have made a cheeky offer to Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Di Marzio reveals that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has not decided on his future and has many offers, including from Manchester United, Dubai, China and the MLS.
Zlatan wants to try out the Premier League and according to Di Marzio: “There has also been an offer from Tottenham, but it has not convinced the player.”
Di Marzio adds that a move to LA Galaxy or a return to AC Milan cannot be ruled out.
