The mum is believed to have been killed as she went to pick up her children aged eight and 11 from a nearby school.
She was the first member of the public to be identified as a victim, with her principal at DLD College London describing her as "highly regarded and loved".
She died along with police officer Keith Palmer and a man in his mid-50s after a knife-wielding attacker ploughed a car through pedestrians on Westminster Bridge, before storming the Parliamentary estate. He was shot dead by police.
Relative John Frade, 43, said: “Aysha was my cousin’s wife and when I heard I was just absolutely shocked.
"I’m still just feeling terrible, it’s a terrible thing to happen and you just don’t expect it to happen so close to home in this way.
“It’s completely shocking.
