Blac Chyna sued for car crash that injured two

Blac Chyna, who’s pregnant with a future Kardashian baby, has been sued for a friend’s car accident that injured two people in their SUV. In November 2015, Paige Addison – a reality TV star – borrowed Chyna’s BMW, but ended up running a stop sign and slamming into the SUV, injuring the two occupants.

Paige has however been charged with hit-and-run offence, but court considered that Chyna shouldn’t have let her take the wheel, knowing she’s a bad driver, according to the lawsuit.

California Law states that if the owner of a vehicle gives someone else the right to drive their car, and the driver gets in an accident, the owner and driver are legally in trouble.
The casualties have demanded for medical expenses, lost wages and other damages. 28-year-old Chyna, who got engaged to Rob Kardashian in January, recently filed legal documents laying claim to the name ‘Angela Renee Kardashian’ and cornering the market for entertainment services, television and movie appearances, living as a ‘social media celebrity’, and party hosting’.

She and Rob are expecting their first child together.
