Father Mbaka blames Jonathan’s Government For Nation’s Woes

Fiery Enugu Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, has said he does not regret his 2015 prophecy of change, declaring that the previous administration, which ran “a wasteful government”, should be held responsible for the present situation in the country.

Mbaka, who also dismissed as baseless claims that he fell apart with former President Goodluck Jonathan over alleged refusal to grant him an oil well, stressed that nothing had happened to make him regret the predictions he made that the past administration would be defeated in the last presidential election.

Speaking through his media aide, Mr. Maximus Ike Ugwuoke ahead of his 21 years priestly ordination anniversary, the priest restated that the current sufferings Nigerians are experiencing would have been worse if the administration had returned to power. “Before Buhari took over, the dollar was rising, there was already problems with our economy. They had oil boom bit never saved; just wasted the opportunity.
he recalled that he had also on several occasions released prophecies on the current hard times bedeviling the nation. The priest, however, maintained that the previous administration, which ran a wasteful government should be held responsible for the present situation.
