A shocking ISIS propaganda video has emerged online and shows a baby being held up by a fighter. The man, believed to be a French-born jihadi and dressed in camouflage outfit, sits with the young dark-haired child on his lap.
The clip was released on ISIS terrorist channels today and is reported to celebrate the recent attacks in Orlando and France.

The full video, which is almost 10 minutes long, shows news footage and CCTV from the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Florida.

It hails Omar Mateen who shot dead 50 people and injured 53 others, as well as praising Larossi Abballa who stabbed French policeman Jean-Baptiste Salvaing and his wife to death at their Paris home.
It is not the first time terrorist groups have used children in their sick publicity sketches.
