West Ham United goalkeeper Darren Randolph was magnificent today but could do little to stop France beating the Republic of Ireland 2-1 on Sunday afternoon.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper was in a state after the full time whistle and found himself being consoled by France star man and club teammate Dimitri Payet.
Formerly of Marseille, Dimitri Payet whispered some words into the ear of the goalkeeper before offering him a warm hug. Fans of West Ham United will adore this.
