The X Factor’s Reggie N Bollie stopped at South Africa customs carrying contraband

The X Factor’s Reggie ‘N’ Bollie were reportedly stopped by South Africa’s customs officers – because they had packed their own chicken and rice dinners.

The duo who found fame in 2015 on the ITV singing competition were entering the country, before flying on to Ghana where they will film their music video, when Reggie was stopped and searched.

Reggie ‘always carries chicken and rice on him (literally he never leaves home without it!)’ in order for him to maintain his lean physique.

However it was taken off him ‘by the customs officer who thought it was hilarious he had brought his own dinner’.

The group then ‘had a good laugh’ before the two were allowed through.
The two were signed by Simon Cowell’s record label Syco in January, just weeks after they lost The X Factor to Louisa Johnson.
