Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has become a landlord – to teenage Manchester United defender Luke Shaw. Luke, 19, who joined the team from Southampton for £30million in June, rents a stunning five-bedroom mansion owned by Real Madrid ace Ronaldo. The house in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, has an indoor swimming pool, steam room and Jacuzzi and also has its own gym and wine store area. It sits on a private road and has a gated entrance.
Ronaldo, 29, bought the home for £3.85million after he joined United in 2003. He put it on the market when he moved to Spain in 2009 but it failed to sell so he decided to rent it out. Luke Shaw is believed to be paying the Portugal captain £7,000 a month.
